light rain for the last few....took a nap and woke sneezing, so the rain is not helping my allergies

I don't mind the heat as long as it is 100+ out. Then that is a bit too much. But the rain is nice.

welcome to my world....the only way I know what day it is is by my hubby going to work (and even then I get mixed up when he works at home or its a holiday

). Yep, calendar on the bottom of the screen says Wednesday.

had some rain overnight...and some today.
Finally getting around to washing all the winter blankets and putting them away (I THINK that its not going to get cold again ....or at least I HOPE).

Well since neither of us go into work we have to base it on other things. Like on Tuesdays we go to trivia. So yesterday we went to trivia, which means today must be Wednesday.

Got a bit of a rain shower this morning while I was on my run. But it wasn't as bad as yesterday.

was raining off and on most of the day, herbs liked it, was nice for my nap (got a nice long one in today).

hubby made pasta salad for dinner, nice to have someone make dinner for you.

I got a nap in yesterday. Don't usually take naps but I needed one and I had the time. So I did.

Calling for isolated storms this afternoon. Means tomorrow I need to go mow my folks yard. That will be nice, haven't done that in a while.

It has been much cooler at night, sleep with the windows open and it still keeps the apartment cool. Love it!

cant leave any window or door open once the sun goes down---BUGS come in (yes even thru the screens, especially the balcony door one--where it slides they can easily get thru, and it cant be 'filled' in either), not to mention the allergens that come in, so a/c it is.

though when the sun comes up (seems I have been awake at those times for the last few days), its cool enough and the bugs have gone to bed...so until it gets warm we can open up (and/or until I start sneezing).

mowing....cant do that either---grass is still a BIG allergy for me, have to keep my doors closed when they mow here or when I drive past people mowing.

Bummer. Our apartment does a pretty good job of keeping the bugs out for the most part.

I have hay fever, so grass does aggravate my allergies as well, but my nasal spray really helps. My wife never understood why I bailed hay when I was allergic to it. (In the stuffy nose sense, not the I touch it and break out in hives way) Just enjoyed it.

Actually, the nude beaches probably have what you don't want to see being shown, and what you would want to see being covered or not there. Sad thought there...

actually been to one of those beaches

(not intentionally mind you--nor was I 'dressed' for the occasion as we were passing thru it to get to a spot to do some rock hounding, yes, rock hounding in scandinavia...) I dont remember anything except my hubby (then just bf) turning red and running the other way (back the way we came--and we never did get to the site to get the rocks either

)

colds at this time of year are horrible, hope you get better soon. My allergies are bad again, and they painted the common area of our place --and there is NO ventilation in that area so it ultimately comes into your place, so now my front rooms reek of cheap paint (there really is paint that has no smell, gee we couldnt have used that could we?)
so I have a headache on top of sneezing, coughing, itchy eyes...bleh

That definitely would be an embarrassing moment... Figure you are going to the beach with your gf all of sudden you see it is a nude beach. About face and RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

I mowed yesterday so my allergies are a bit worse today than normal, but still not bad at all. Which is excellent!

Sleep is super important. If you don't get enough your health can really suffer. Make sure you get plenty of sleep and fluids!

Well 1 year ago my life changed dramatically. 1 year ago my wife and I got married. My how time flies!
